Order Processing

Orders ship within 1-3 business days from purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will start processing on the following business day. We do our best to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible, most times they ship the same or next day the order is placed.

Shipping

We ship within the USA only at this time. Shipping charges are $3.95 when spending $0-$34.99 and FREE shipping when spending $35+. Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Track Your Shipment

A shipment confirmation w/ tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the usual standard shipping times. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will help any situation that we have control over!

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. To start a return, email us within 7 days of receipt to feltsupplyandmore@gmail.com. Once your return is processed we’ll provide return instructions. Returned items must be in unused and original condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned items to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refunded. It can take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post the refund.

Custom felt is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

Damages

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can correct the issue and make it right.
